Multi shell pressed construction with metal back and locking pin. In good used condition with marks commensurate of a 50 + year old button. No large scratches, creases, image loss or dents. There are no raised dimples. Great color and printing. Darkening from handling/age on the back. Foxing and discoloration. See pics. Photos are of the actual item that you will receive.
