Description: Offered for Sale is this cool vintage carved Bakelite bracelet. The bracelet is a solid semi translucent yellow color that has four equally spaced elliptical shaped open work carvings that have diagonal and horizontal slash carvings surrounding them. The bracelet was carved in a way to create the impression that each of the open work sections are links in the bracelet. Based on its patina, and its design, I believe the bracelet was made in the 1950's to early 1960's. The bracelet measures 3.4" wide with a 2.5" interior diameter and weighs 18 grams. The condition of the bracelet is excellent No chips, scratches, or other wear related condition issues were noted. The bracelet tested positive for Bakelite using Simichrome polish.
