There is very slight discoloration on the white stripes and stars!The original rope and brass clasp (missing) and ring are intact! It has "US Ensign No 7 "MARE ISLAND DEC 1942's" clearly printed on the seam area in clearly legible black ink. All the stitching on this flag is in great condition, there are 2 small hole and many tiny moth holes. With 7 star Commissioner Pennant, Super Rare in this time.
