Vintage 6" mohair lamb? Cat? Steiff?? needs TLC Adopt me!

I believe it is a lamb . approx. 6" long it needs a new home and TLC! worn mohair on feet and by side of head, there are separations on seams and could be a hole under the neck - not just a seam separation.
