The top can be adjusted a little at the bottom, it has a button closure. Measurements taken laying flat : TOP Pit to pit : 24" Shoulder to hem : 23" Waist area : 22" Shoulder to shoulder : 18" SHORTS Waist : 13" stretches comfortably to 15" Length : 14" Condition is new, unworn. Tag is no longer present and this swim set still has that new scent. One flaw to note though. The back shoulder area has fabric wear, fraying that has not gone all the way through.
