There are no inner buttons that secure the wrap on the top (in photo 6 the dress is pinned to the mannequin to show proper fit) . Belt loops. In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. Marked size 8; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that it would best fit an XL. Please compare the measurements to a dress that fits you well to ensure proper fit.
