Description: This beautiful fabric was PreOwned and from the estate of a seamstress that did upholstery and drapery work. This fabric is one continuous length that measures approximately 2.4 yards long (2 yards 16 inches) by 48 inches wide (width measurement includes the selvage area). The exact fiber content is unknown but it is similar to a cotton or cotton blend home decor or upholstery type fabric. In a burn test it burns to ash similar to natural fibers like cotton or cotton blend. It is a medium to medium/heavy weight woven fabric. This entire piece of fabric weighs 1 pound 5.6 ounces or approximately 8.85 ounces per yard.
