Description: An original, vintage airline poster - BOAC British Overseas Airways Corporation - Australia Featuring bold orange and yellow bordering with central image of a wooden rowing boat riding the waves with five rowers onboard and the word ‘NARRABEEN’ on the hull. Beneath the central image is the word ‘Australia’ in black font, and the BOAC logo with Speedbird icon. To the poster footer are the words ‘Printed in Great Britain’ to the left, and ‘No. 81’ to the right. Sized 30” / 762mm (height) by 20” / 508mm (width). Printed c.1960’s / 1970’s. Good condition for age with strong colours, no fading or pin-holes. One horizontal fold line towards the lower margin. Some minor creasing and a small tear as shown in the photographs.
