Description: Please know.......... I am NOT an expert on crocks by ANY standard. That being said, I will do my best to describe any flaws/damage to the best of my ability. Alrighty then...... IN MY OPINION, I think it's in pretty good condition. Although it is not "flawless" (which I will get to in this description), there are NO cracks. Not even a small hairline crack can be found. A decent number of these E.S. & B. crocks I have seen also have a "blurry" look on the cobalt blue E.S. & B. logo. As you can see in the pics, this one is nice and crisp. So....... the flaws....... there is a scratch on the bottom side (see pics #9-12). I have inspected it VERY closely, it is NOT a crack!!!! Next..... please see pics #13-16. I'm not sure what the deal with that area is on the top outside rim (at worst..... perhaps a minor repair made in the past, due to a chip.... or perhaps it is just a stain of some sort)???? I told you up front..... I'm no expert. Either way, whatever it is, it is approximately the size of a penny (as shown in pics). There are a few minor "chips" on the bottom rim (see pic #9). They are not recent, just consistent "wear" from 125+ years of use/age. Overall, I think it's a pretty nice one. Please, if you are interested, feel free to make an offer. My price IS negotiable. All reasonable offers will be considered. I would like to thank you for your time and consideration. I hope you have a great day.
