This is an estate sale find from the home of a seamstress. This is a fine silk thread and is wonderful for hand sewing, contrast stitching, hand embroidery, embellishments, repair work, doll tying, millinery, fly tying, crafts, etc. It's American made and possibly from the 1930s as Belding and Corticelli joined companies in the 1930s.
