Description: Rare Vintage Sheffield Brass Desk ClockBeautiful, well-made brass clock, with date display. Made in Switzerland. Clock weighs 1 1/2 pounds.The clock has been in storage, in a box for decades. Other than dusting the clock, I left the clock as is. Ruler in the photos is 12" in length.The clock was in pieces when I found it. I placed the clock together so you may see what it looks like pieced together. The circular shaped piece behind the dial may be placed in 2 positions, with the larger part of the circle placed in the upward or the downward position. I placed it in both positions in the photos. 12 pieces: clock face with movement attached, base of clock, 2 rings, curved glass or crystal over clock face, back of clock movement, 4 screws & a knob. The clock might be missing some screws. I don't know if it is missing other pieces. I don't know if the clock will keep accurate time after it has been repaired. No scratches or chips on the glass. Clock has scuffs, patina, scratches, soiling and dust. Overall, this rare beautiful vintage brass Sheffield clock, appears in good solid condition.
