Description: This is an amazing Milo Baughman hollywood regency dining room set. You get all 4 chairs and the base, the glass is not included. The chairs measure close to 33" tall on the back x 26" front to back x 22.5" side to side. The front of the seat measures about 17" to the ground. The table bases measure 29" wide x 28" tall without counting the stabilizing adjusters on the bottom. This is not signed but I have had appraised by two different experts as Baughman. They were made by Cal-Style Furniture Co out of California for Baughman. If you buy and feel that this is not Baughman or have appraised and they state it is not Baughman, I will not accept a return. If you choose shipping, this will be shipped in 5 individual packages if you dont go freight. Glass table top not included. Not signed. Whatever can be taken apart for shipping to reduce shipping cost will be, such as cushions off of chairs. This is a local pickup listing and my shipper will charge handling fees on top of shipping costs. There are imperfections and discolorations in the fabric and a couple tiny places where the fabric texture has come off but you can hardly see them. The metal/brass plate has some patina and wear marks. Disclaimer: This is vintage and not new. You buy as is. Insurance is included and if damaged during shipping, buyer files claim due to possession.
