Description: Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Cornell Dubilier Greenie capacitor. It is marked .22 uf 400v, and tests very close to that. These "Greenie" caps are incredible--they barely drift at all, usually just 0-10%, and with pretty much no leakage or ESR. They are great for use in amplifiers where you want something that can easily handle full voltage. Please see my pictures for details.
