Description: Vintage Craftsman 5” Standard “C” Clamp No. 9-66675, Made in USAThis listing is for a used Craftsman 5” malleable-iron “C” clamp.The clamp was purchased from Transformco (Sears) Headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL during their testing lab and tool room liquidation sale on May 13, 2023.The clamp was either used in testing or as a tool used in the testing of other items.The clamp was painted orange by a Sears test lab employee who initialed the clamp with “SM” in felt tip pen.The clamp was offered by Sears from 1963 through 1983 when it was replaced with a different model number.The clamp adjusts from about 1/16” to 5 1/4” with a 2 1/2” throat depth.The clamp is in good usable condition.The threaded screw is not bent and moves freely along its length to about center on the end pad. The swivel end pad is secured and moves freely on the ball end of the screw.There are scrapes and scratches from use and no evidence of rust.I have two of these clamps with the second one being equal or greater than the one pictured.The pictures show the condition of the tool and are part of the description.These items come from a smoke and pet free home.Your satisfaction is guaranteed and important to me.Net weight is 2.70 lbs.
