Description: Vintage Distler Train Set Made in Western Germany The box shows a lot of wear from age and has water damage. The top of the box is coming apart at the sides. One train carriage is in really good condition because it has been kept inside the box and the other has been kept outside the box so it is in less of good condition and has some surface rust. The train and the coal tender show wear and surface rust. Not sure if the box includes everything from the train set or if it is missing any pieces. Clockwork of the train is in working order but does not come with a key. I have not tested the green box so I am unsure if it works but it looks in good condition. **I am selling my Grandfathers vintage toys/books that he has been collecting for over 70 years.
