Description: DuBarry F.A. (Fifth Avenue) was a jewelry manufacturer in New York City that operated from the early 40s through the 60s. There is very little actually known about the company. For your consideration today is a vintage seed pearl and rhinestone wreath brooch with the DuBarry F.A. hallmark. The piece weighs in at 6 grams and measures approximately 1" across. I have little to no provenance on the piece as it came to me via church sale box lot purchased in 2000. Its exquisitely made and well designed. I noticed that one pearl has been replaced with a rhinestone. Its in good vintage condition. The pin has been kept in a closed box in a pet and smoke free environment.
