Description: All Original See-Through Blouse from early 1900's. It has two self-fabric ties: One reinforced thin tie comes from the back and fastens in the front across the hips with a hook and eye. This secures the blouse, and a skirt would be pulled up over this tie. The second tie is a 2 1/2" self-fabric sash that starts on both sides in the front and ties decoratively in the back of the waist. There is 5" ecru lace trim on the front and collar, and 1/2" lace trim on the sleeve cuffs and the lower edge of the blouse front. Bust 40" Waist 30" 19" long from shoulder to waist. Shoulders 17" across. Sleeves are 12" long with lace-trimmed fold-up 1" cuffs. Armholes are 17" around. Cuffs are 12" around. The blouse goes on over the head and has a 26" opening. Two snaps close the neckline to 20". The waist opens to 43" when pulled on over the head. The blouse is in excellent condition with no stains and all seams intact. There are two mended holes on the wearer's right side near the underarm: one 1/4" across and one a pinhole. See Photo #7. The blouse has been hand washed in Woolite and irons easily. Packaged to mail it weighs 8 oz in a 11x9x1 envelope.
