This listing is for a vintage tenor saxophone ligature. There is no brand name on it, but it is identical to those that were commonly sold under the "Elton" brand name. This ligature has a very unique design. It has thick, barrel style, screw sockets that are flanked by tabs cut from, and folded down from, the sheet metal part of the ligature. It is a very robust ligature, made of heavy gage brass with bright nickel plate finish. This ligature is a perfect fit for slightly fatter body vintage tenor mouthpieces, such as the Otto Link Tone Edge, and many older stock mouthpieces. This ligature is in very good used condition. There are no cracks, and it has not been bent out of shape. The screws work properly. The nickel finish shows scratching, but minimal wear. Please feel free to email me with any questions.
