Description: This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that has a fleur de lis on the front. It was enameled in blue; the blue is darker in person. The seams of the heart are sealed, and there are no dents or dings. The charm is marked sterling on the back, and has a great patina. It measures just under 3/4 of an inch high and just over 1/2 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.5 grams. I do combine shipping charges, if you buy more than one item.
