Description: Fender 1974 Thinline Telecaster. I had a 1972 that I had to sell during Covid and found this one two years ago. I love these guitars but am at a point in my life now where I need to minimize my possessions as I’m not as active musically anymore. This one has unique history as it was a primary guitar used in a recording studio. Please refer to the picture of the neck plate and look them up online. You will see someone at the studio carved the studio name into the neck plate with a vibration type tool. I always wondered what albums or songs or artists were served with this instrument. It sure has seen a lot of action. This is not a relic guitar. That wear is the real deal. As a result, the Buy It Now” price reflects this history and is still about $1,000 less than I paid for it. If it doesn’t sell, at least I get to keep it. Good luck if you choose to bid.
