Description: Vintage Finnish Etched Scrimshaw Puukko Knife 1930's w/Sheath. Very good vintage condition fixed blade Puukko knife with sheath. Bone and carved (of reindeer bone, I believe), with reindeer etched on both pieces. The blade has "Made in Finland" etched into it.THIS KNIFE WAS WORN BY MY MOTHER AT THE FINNISH PAVILLION AT THE 1939 NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR. SHE WORE THE FINNISH OUTFIT WITH THIS KNIFE ATTACHED.
