The mane and tail are white cotton type and there are blue and black eyes about 4" tall This is NOT perfect. there is staining on the white rocker. I did not try to clean it. The horse may be a little faded. There is a little wear on the ears and muzzle. There are 3 small dark ink ? spots on one side of the horse THE PRICE REFLECTS THE CONDITION
