Description: ATH#240135 Vintage UNUSED 11 ¼” Long German Dagger Staghorn handle. I’m calling this a Dagger based on the shape. the top is a false edge, and the blade is not truly symmetrical, but very close. No makers mark. Most likely made in Germany – it has their hunting-knife style written all over it. I have never removed the black oxidation from the carbon steel blade – and I would not suggest for you to do so either. If you do, use Flitz and then RenWax. I am an old Arizona cowboy who was stationed in Berlin as a US Soldier a couple of decades after WW2 ended. This knife is older than I am . . . my best guess would be c.1900, based on the construction of the knife and of the sheath. THIS KNIFE HAS NEVER BEEN USED never sharpened No scratches on the blade from use International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
