Description: Vintage Green & Chrome Takara Belmont Barber Chair Hand Pump Damaged Chair has been sitting in storage a few years. Everything appears to function as it should. Hydraulic hand pump works good makes a slurping noise when max height is reached may need more oil or thats just possibly how they work. Spins good and goes up and down well. Reclines like it should. One foot rest arm is missing the other was broken and repaired. The main foot rest is bent and the arm that holds it to the chair was welded.
