All the other rings are lock-tight.I've been tempted to get a dremel out and try to gently polish the roughness out of the acrylic. It's like the acrylic reacted with something - but what??? Clean up those rings and you'll have a very, very neat collector piece.No makers mark. Pretty darn cool.The sheath has the round logo of Remington UMC - but that cannot have any relation to the knife aside from the good fit.
