Description: VINTAGE Handmade Rosary Terra Cotta Beads Carved Crucifix Christian Mexico LARGE This is a BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE large handmade terra cotta rosary from Mexico. This is a large piece made to hand on the wall or a shrine. The crucifix features a relief of Jesus on the cross and is molded terra cotta. The beads are made of terra cotta of differing shades and are both cylindrical and spherical. There is a white acrylic string holding the piece together. Aside from being a religious symbol, this is an AMAZING WORK OF ART! The crucifix is about 5.5 inches tall and 3 inches wide. It's about 0.5 inches thick. Each bead is about 0.75 inches in diameter. The entire rosary is about 30 inches long from top to bottom. It is in VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION! Since it's handmade, there are many imperfections from the molding process and the making of the beads. It's a very RUSTIC look from old Mexico. At some point the bottom of the cross broke off and has been repaired with a very strong glue. Unfortunately, the glue is visible, but it's also fixable.
