Description: I am not an expert on rugs, but will try to describe as well as I can. This rug is 79" x 61" (not including fringe) mostly red and brown geometric/floral? pattern, but turquoise and green also. Fringe is on shorter sides--not the longer ends. It may be handmade, but I do not know for sure. Thicker and heavy--about 10 pounds. It is the same on both sides, so could be flipped over for use. I would consider it to be in good condition, but it does have a hole/slit about 1 1/2" long (picture 3). I do not know who made it or when, but probably older. Beautiful vintage rug!
