Description: Vintage HMONG Thailand Handmade Children's Reed Woven Sandals Denim Sole Purchased in Chiang Mai in 1968 by a local woman during a Mission trip. There is a photograph below of her note she placed in the bag. Measuring 5.5 by 2.25 inches. Made from woven reeds with some floral strips through the straps. Featuring a small green puff and denim soles. The bag contained a few sashes, a scarf and the three pairs of shoes. Please see our other auctions for those items. The note will not be included. The sandals are unworn, but showing their age. One piece of reed broken on one shoe. Staple in the strap of the same shoe.
