Description: -Vintage snack or tidbit bowl.-Marbled finish, in shades of brown and grey.-Gold painted rim and center decoration. -Bowl has three tiny feet that raise it about .125 inches. They are pretty plain and they can't really be seen--so I would not go so far as to call this a "footed" bowl.-Made by Holley Ross Distinctive China of La Anna, Pennsylvania.-Holley Ross logo is printed in gold on underside of bowl. -Holley Ross was a family-run pottery and china business from 1948-2022.-Based on the style, this bowl is likely from the 1950s-60s.-Collectors seek out Holley Ross pieces for their late-Hollywood Regency style and their liberal use of 22K gold paints and glazes. Holley Ross used gold for edging and accents--and even to coat an entire piece (weeping gold).-Bowl diameter is about 5.25 inches.-Bowl is in very good vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or stains. Some crazing on the underside, but none on the bowl's interior.-Bowl is very clean, and ready to use or display.
