Vintage Justrite #2 Oily Rag Waste Can Garage Waste Receptacle Industrial Garba

Description: SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT------USPS has recently raised their prices, a lot. Previously most orders would ship most cost effectively with USPS. Please compare all 4 methods available under the shipping tab. Up for your consideration is a large oily rag can, I am not positive of the gallon size. It is a #2 Justrite Oily Rag Waste Can with foot lever. Originally used for the safe disposal of oily or paint/varnish soaked rags. If these are disposed of improperly a fire could have started. The condition is good to fair. It seems to work properly. I don't see any damage, there are a few small dents and dings. There are scratches, mars, marks and generalized signs of use. There is some surface rust as shown. Inside of receptacle has been used and appears as such also with some surface rust. Overall great item that would be wonderful used anywhere that you need a very large waste can. Or if you are more adventurous possibly an end table, which is the way I would use it. All of these things added together is what makes these vintage pieces so attractive to us. It takes us back to an earlier, simple time, when things were not throwaway and disposable. reclaim-bring it back home. repurpose-chances are it won't be used in its original form, the possibilities of use are only limited by your imagination. reuse-too much from our lives is throwaway.
