Description: Vintage Klein Pinnacle frame in original Flare (I believe, correct me if I'm mistaken) colorway. Frame is 17" as Klein measures, to top of seat collar. 13 1/4" from center of BB to center of TT. 20" TT length. Serial number is a very interesting and I believe very low number R35A01. A01?! 35 of course denotes 135mm rear dropout spacing. Frame fits a 27.0 seatpost and 1" fork. Very nice original condition. No cracks, dents, or repairs. Some minor bubbling under downtube. Light wear to paint in form of scrapes and scratches. BB shell has some marks from derailed chain. Rear dropouts have some axle marks. Paint has faded slightly over ~35 years, not immediately apparent, though the area where the front derailleur and water bottle cage mount reveal a slightly darker color. Of course these will be covered if you install a derailleur / bottle cage Overall very nice condition. Well cared for. Bottom bracket feels great, spins like butter.
