This is lovely ~ the inlay work is so well done. There are scrolls, flowers and acanthus leaves adorning the lid. Two very fine stripes decorate the sides of the box. The inside holds a music box that plays Torna a Surriento. It automatically plays (when wound) when you open the lid. Box is 5 5/8" x 4 3/8" x 2 1/8" tall. The storage part of the box is 2 5/8" x 3 3/8" x 1 1/4". There are no chips, cracks, scuffs, etc. It is in very nice condition and should be enjoyed! Stored in my clean non-smoking home.
