Men's 44, measurements taken laid flat and from the outside: 48" chest (24" pit to pit), 20.5" shoulders, 25" sleeve length from the shoulder seam, 32" sleeve length from the collar seam, 36" sleeve length from the center of the collar (your neck bones), 29" jacket length from the back collar seam.
