Very rare 5 1/2 inch (without hook) Larson Bait Company Fish Trap Spoon Lure. Patented in 1953, they came in several sizes. All are pretty hard to find anymore but the 5 1/2 inch is VERY rare. Larson Bait Company is/was located in Aitkin, MN. It was used for muskie and pike. I believe its a trolling lure. The little scoops were for making noise/vibration in the water. A great addition to any collection. Description is based on my own research and I'm not perfect but I did do a lot more than more than google. Please review all pictures carefully for detail.
