Description: I submit for your consideration a four piece grouping of Ucagco cork wood bark Japanese art pieces from the 1930’s. I acquired these at an estate sale. The lady hosting the sale told me her mother purchased these in the mid 30’s. She said they hung on her Mother’s wall for decades. They had been stored for the last 12 years in the garage. These are far from what I would call good condition. But still grouped together on a wall they are impressive and seem to be sought after still today. They really need cleaned and some repair or conservation. It is rare to find a set of four. They are 21” tall by 9” wide. They still have the original foil Ucagco stickers and all are stamped “MADE IN JAPAN”. Due to their fragility each piece will be individually wrapped in shipping paper and placed between rigid cardboard for shipping. Corner stabilizers will be placed in the box for support.
