The Literature Mercer Tile measures approximately 3.75”x 3.75” x .5”, marked MR 1990. The Moravian Pottery & Tile Works opened in 1898 by Henry Chapman Mercer. It continues operations today, as a nonprofit working Museum, run by the TileWorks of Bucks County. This is a Pre-Owned Item. There is some wear on the front of the tile. There is also, what looks like manufacturing issues, places less than perfect, but do not look like damage. Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.
