Pretty antique creamy chippy yellow painted iron and tin with a wood handle. It has a metal grinding barrel and wooden top/plunger. The handle and grinder turn fine. It has a heart shaped turnkey and I believe it is missing the washer. It is old and shows patina and lots of rust, but works great. Plunger has age crack. Great piece for decor or a collector.
