He was the 20th artisan to be registered in Taxco with the last name beginning with the letter V. Also, Mexico has a metal purity marking system based on 1000. This piece is marked 950... which means it has a higher metal purity amount than the typical Sterling at 925! All that information in one little mark! Measures 1-3/4 inches tall including the bail and 1-1/8 inches wide. In beautiful condition!
