Description: Vintage Mid-Century Modern UPCO USA 1068 Ungemach Pottery Green Scalloped Rectangular Planter/Garden Dish Ungemach Pottery was founded in Roseville, Ohio in 1937 by Fred Ungemach who worked for McCoy Pottery. Known as UPCO, the pottery ran until 1984, making good, heavy quality wares. The green garden dish measures 8-1/4" x 5-1/2" in diameter and stands 3" tall. It sits on four little feet. Its shape looks like a butterfly, but the design is somewhat like a cactus. It is marked "1068 UPCO USA" on the bottom.
