Description: For sale is a Vintage Military Issued 4” Fairmount #484 Spanner Wrench. The wrench measures approximately an inch and a half wide and in the closed position, is approximately 10 inches long. It is marked number 484, which was a military number used. I don’t know the age of this ranch, but most likely this is from the end of World War II through the Korean War. 1940s or 1950s. It looks like the pins are 5/16” across. This was found in a multi generational military/industrial surplus store that opened in the 1950s and recently closed. Most likely, this came from the Rossford ordinance depot, which was located in the greater Toledo Ohio area. This was one of the largest supply depot‘s in the country… And this surplus store had acquired many items from there when it closed back in the 1960s. Please refer to the pictures for the condition of this item. I do have more than one of these available, so while you may not receive the exact items… You will receive one in equal or equivalent or better condition. Shipping and handling will be $3.95 to the lower 48 states, outside of this area will pay actual shipping charges.
