Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This is a matching pair of miniature porcelain vases that were made in Occupied Japan, during the time period from 1945 to 1952, when America and the Allies occupied Japan after World War II. Both vases measure approximately 2 ½” in height and each piece features a bright white background embellished with moriage-decorated dragons with shiny gold gilded heads. Red “Made in Occupied Japan” ink stamps are marked on the bases. Despite some manufacturing flaws, blemishes and a tiny and barely visible crack (shown in last photo), these matching mid-century Japanese vases are in good condition with no other evidence of damage.
