Description: Wonderful seascape. I have enjoyed having this on my wall for the past ten years but we are now downsizing…The oil painting is done on what I believe is a Masonite board measuring 20 x 24 inches. It is presented in what I believe is its original oak frame. The framed piece measures 23 1/2 x 27 1/2 inches. It is a very well executed and moody piece and is in excellent condition. It always drew visitors attention. The painting is signed Schoenlank and dated 2/59 in the lower right hand corner. The setting is unknown although I had originally thought it might be New England . The reverse at one time had a dust protective paper backing. Most of that is gone but there is a small piece with the artist’s name and “ Linden New Jersey “. It is shown in the photos. I assume this was a New Jersey artist but definitely not a New Jersey scene. Very nice painting. Due to the size USPS will consider this an oversized package. I have access to all major carriers and will ship this via the most economical means to your specific zip code. Any excess postage will be refunded to the buyer.
