NOTE: Please view all 23 photos…last 3 photos show necklace on a 5’8” tall, women’s size 4 model. This Navajo necklace was handcrafted by a skilled Silversmith during the earlymid 20th century. It features a unique design with 3 high grade Kingman stones set in sterling silver. It’s beautifully crafted with heavy gauge silver and weighs in at a nice wearable weight of just under 50 grams. The stones portray intense color hues of deep vivid blue with subtle matrixes running throughout and a high polished finish. Each stone is in excellent condition, showing no signs of damage, while sitting tight and secure. Each stone is bordered by hand wrought repousse conchos and deeply stamped starburst droplets.….really beautiful silver work on this piece! The necklace is stung on silver wire with hand hammered bench beads, melon beads, and long thin pole beads. If you look closely, you can see the individual hammer marks on the round bench beads...definitely NOT machine made! Each end holds the original hook and eye clasp, in perfect working order. There is no sterling stamp or signature which is common for vintage Navajo jewelry. The silver was tested and we guarantee its purity of .925 sterling. This uniquely crafted necklace will be a great addition to any collection of Navajo jewelry. It’s the perfect size/weight for daily wear and the Kingman stones are stunning.
