Description: This is a Vintage Original Watercolor Painting of Windmill by Irene Pennington dated 1912 by her signature. It is framed at 22" x 16 1/2". The frame is wood and the painting is under glass. The wood frame shows a bit of wear, see photos. There is also a water stain on the matte in the bottom left corner of the piece, see photo.
