Suede bonded on to stretch fabric. Condition: Pants are in fairly good pre-owned condition; as shown. I bought these in the 1980s, and they have never been professionally cleaned, hence there are a few small marks and stains. As for the hole in the rear, the seam has separated and needs closure. These are tagged 38 but will fit like a 2/4 in today's clothing sizes.
