Gilt on front board and spine rubbed and have some fading. Text blocks have spotting and some discoloration. Top text block may be dust stained. An old price is written in pencil on front free endpaper upper right corner. Pages lightly age tanned with some spotting / minor discoloration. Some pages creased on corner. Page 308 is wavy but I do not see evidence of water damage and I think the binding is causing the waviness. Binding is good.
