Description: Vintage, Poss Antique Allen "Sodering" (Soldering) Stick In Box - Type "S" This one was made in the 725 North Central, Wood Dale , Illinois manufacturing facility. Please understand that the stick WILL crack upon shipping. Most of the ones that I touched ever so gingerly, instantly cracked. I packed it in some paper inside the box to keep it from moving a bit less, but the stick WILL crack. I am not sure that if the stick is still a viable product, but it is being sold for display and the box has some great print, logos and history. The box has some damage from over the years as some of the product seeped into the cardboard and can be seen on the outside. I researched this item online and there is no solid information that I could find, but from what I found, it is very old. Note: one flap at the end of the box is worn thin and will tear if opened again and might break away from the box during shipping. This item is old and fragile, but I will do my best in the packing job. Ruler / Square not included - just for size reference.
