This Historic Lighthouse is located at the mouth of the Piscataqua River but is actually in Kittery, ME and not Portsmouth. Many places such as the Portsmouth Shipyard (Kittery) and Fort Constitution (New Castle) are located just outside of Portsmouth but are smaller and not as well known. This card was acquired in a large batch of NOS postcards that still had the original paper wrap bands intact.
