Fork is off a classic Raleigh sports 23" touring frame that had 3 speed 26"x 1 3/8" wheels. Fork tube is 8" long and for 23" Raleigh sports touring frames with a 170mm tall headtube. The Green is from 1960s, The brown is from 1970s but suspect the 1960s also, and suspect the Blue Green is late 1970s or 1980s.
