Description: This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that has flowers on the front. This is not a heart from the 40's; most likely it was made in the 70's or later. The seams of the heart are sealed, and there are no dents or dings. It is marked sterling on the back, and has a good patina. It measures just over 3/4 of an inch high and 5/8 of an inch at its widest and weighs 1.6 grams. I do combine shipping charges, if you buy more than one item.
